The nation is currently celebrating the fortnight festival of cleanliness with the ongoing Swachhata Hi Seva (SHS) 2023 campaign themed \u2018Garbage-Free India\u2019. Collectively demonstrating unity & determination, and taking inspiration from Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi\u2019s clarion call for Swachhata.<\/p>\n
The culmination of this year\u2019s celebrations will be on 1st October, when the whole of Government, as well as the citizens of the country, will collaborate to conduct cleanliness drives in various locations as part of \u2018Ek Tareekh Ek Ghanta Ek Saath\u2019 – a national call to action for 1 Hour of citizen-led \u2018Shramdaan for Swachhata\u2019 at 10 AM.\u00a0 With the theme \u2018Garbage Free India\u2019, the various activities taken up by students at Yashwantrao Chavan English Medium School, Koparkhairane. Navi Mumbai like essay writing, dramatization, cleanliness drives and awareness activities, educating children on waste segregation, the journey of waste, and waste-to-wealth concepts.<\/p>\n
