The World Environment Day was celebrated on 9th June with great zeal and zest to raise awareness to take necessary action to protect and build a greener planet. Keeping this aim in view, various programs like fancy dress competition, poem recitation, poster making and essay writing competitions were held emphasizing on the importance of this day. Also the learners were asked to plant a sapling in the school vicinity to add on to the green corner of the campus. The whole school participated in the awareness drive whole heartedly
